Our studios have been purpose-built to
make our clients feel safe and comfortable in an elegant, calm space.
We use a bespoke oak sprung dance floor in our large studio with mirrored walls, antique chandeliers, hygiene stations and a number of workspaces to allow us to offer professional-standard facilities for the use of our clients and teachers.
Our wellbeing and medical services, including Dance Movement Therapy, and Health Coaching are backed by our founder, Dr Frances Sturridge, who promotes a specialised blend of research based western medical and eastern holistic treatments together for maximum effectiveness.
